At Burdinola, we have launched the 23rd edition of our Research Award, an initiative through which we reinforce our commitment to science, innovation, and social progress. With this award, our goal is to recognize scientific excellence and research careers in Spain, highlighting the work of professionals who contribute to advancing knowledge and improving people’s quality of life.
In this edition, we focus on personalized and precision medicine applied to psychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders, addressing high-impact areas such as schizophrenia, depression, alzheimer’s, parkinson’s disease, and ALS, among others. We will also value innovative scientific approaches such as epigenetic and multi-omics studies, pharmacogenetics, as well as the use of artificial intelligence and neuroimaging to optimize treatments and reduce side effects.
The deadline for submitting applications will remain open until May 29.
