Service systems
for laboratories

Our entire range of service systems for laboratories is certified under European standards, EN-13150, allowing for maximum flexibility in laboratories.

Our service panels are made of recyclable, high-impact and V0 flame-resistant thermoplastic. As it is a non-conductive plastic material, it eliminates the risk of direct electrical contact.

Self-supporting

Our self-supporting service systems for laboratories are detached from the benches and provide a large capacity for housing services and the possibility to expand and/or make simple modifications to their configuration.

In their front and vertical layouts, they are fitted with anodised aluminium profiles. A galvanised steel sheet support frame allows easily replaceable service panels to be put in place, thanks to a locking system at the top.

The service panels, which are available in different colours, are made of recyclable thermoplastic and measure approximately 300 x 300 mm. These panels make it possible to incorporate elements for different services, such as water, electricity, gas, etc., and are easily expandable and replaceable.

The ergonomic design of the service system allows easy accessto consumption points, even those behind large units, and organisation of the workstation, as the services are located at the required point thus avoiding hoses or cables running over the work area.

Ceiling-mounted

Ceiling-mounted service systems in combination with mobile benches provide a lay-out configuration that can be modified by users themselves depending on the changing needs of the laboratory.

Characteristics
Service systems:

Multi-purpose, reconfigurable and scalable

We offer service systems for laboratories that combine aesthetics with functionality to ensure they can adapt to any usage scenario both when they are installed and in the future.

Our new range of services (vertical, front, benchtop and ceiling-mounted) is more versatile than ever and makes it possible to customise every installation to achieve a comfortable and safe working environment, making the best possible use of the space available.

Asepsis

Thanks to their design and the materials chosen, we are able to achieve the best quality finishes and keep joints to the minimum.

Self-supporting

The BECOME system of services is self-supporting and fully detached from the bench. This is the key to ensuring that our laboratories are reconfigurable and flexible.

Capacity

Our front service system offers maximum capacity to house electrical and mechanical services (water, pure gases, vacuum, gas, etc.).

Durability

The service life of a service system is of course limited by that of its service panels. BECOME service system panels are made of ABS, which makes them extremely durable.

Communication

Our vertical service system provides greater visibility to the laboratory and allows communication from both sides of the bench, as well as enhanced use of the worktop.

Adaptability

The variety of service system solutions makes it possible to adapt them to the needs of each workstation as much as possible. The ergonomic design of the service system allows easy access to consumption points, as the services are located at the point required, thus avoiding hoses or cables running over the work area.

Vertical service systems for workstations where visibility and communication is a priority, and overhead service systems for workstations where flexibility is the critical factor.

Safety

Our service system makes it possible to keep the workstation well organised, key to ensuring the safety of the activity, through the storage possibilities it provides on shelves or in cabinets in the upper part of the bench.

Flexibility

The highest levels of flexibility are achieved through a combination of wall/ceiling-mounted service systems and mobile benches: a laboratory layout that can be adapted by users themselves as and when required.
