Fixed modules

Modules with a baseboard made of a moisture-proof material. It has a height-levelling system and removable rear for easy access.

Suspended modules

Suspended modules make it possible for benches to be moved lengthways. Their construction system ensures not only smooth sliding but also enormous solidity.

Wheeled modules

Mobile modules have nylon wheels with a steel support. The two front wheels have built-in brakes.

Waste modules

Laboratory storage modules and units designed and certified for the safe and ergonomical storage of waste. Models with a hinged or removable door and a trolley on wheels, allowing easy access to the waste container inside.

The addition of a filling warning control system is advisable for greater safety and convenience.

Vacuum pump modules

Module with an interior lining of 50 mm acoustic insulation foam, which achieves an average sound absorption coefficient of 65%.

It also contains a thermostat which, when the temperature inside the module reaches 35º C, activates the fan to avoid overheating. It has ventilation grilles in the doors to provide good air circulation.

Modules for water purification equipment

Modules designed exclusively for water purification equipment consisting of two hinged blind doors with a polypropylene tray with wheels inside.

Modules for acids

Modules that feature a removable storage shelf with polypropylene trays with a maximum load capacity of 15 kg.

The installation of a forced ventilation system by means of a polypropylene anti-corrosive extraction system is recommended for greater safety.

We also offer modules made of solid panels and polypropylene components, which have a removable storage shelf and polypropylene trays with a maximum load capacity of 30 kg. In the event of spillage, they provide a high fluid retention capacity of up to 5 litres. The installation of a particle filter is recommended.

Modules for solvents

The range of safety cabinets is designed, manufactured and certified in accordance with EN-14727. It meets all its requirements, ensuring it is a safe and ergonomic product.

Type 90 classification in accordance with EN 14470-1: Fire resistance of 90 min.

Metal body made of steel plate with a plastic powder coating. Insulating padding composed of several layers of mineral materials. Intumescent gaskets seal all the gaps and spaces between the door and the body, expanding in the event of fire to prevent heat from getting into the cabinet. Standard earth connection on the rear wall of the module.

Reagent cabinets

Cabinets with a baseboard made of a moisture-proof material. They offer a maximum load of 200 kg evenly distributed, with a maximum load per shelf of 20 kg.

The cabinet must be fixed to the structural wall to ensure maximum user safety.

Pull-out cabinets

The insides of the pull-out cabinets are equipped with 2 steel frames that support both the 2 doors and the 5 shelves inside.

They are fitted with a moisture-resistant baseboard and levellers.

The maximum storage capacity is 150 kg, with a maximum load per shelf of 13 kg.

Cabinets for acids

Exclusive acid storage cabinet, incorporating a removable shelf for storage, with polypropylene trays with a maximum load of 15 kg.

Bottle storage cabinets

Range of safety cabinets designed and manufactured in accordance with EN-14470 and APQ 5, with fire resistance of 90 minutes.

Safety cabinet with hinged doors for storing pressurised cylinders. Outer sides made of metal panels and coated with epoxy paint.

Doors open 180º. Doors with semi-automatic closing system by elastic force and a roll-in type flap. Bottle holder for 1 bottle, with a fastening strap.

Optional side bottle holder and/or tray for storing small bottles.

Design

The meticulous design of every component of our storage cabinets and modules is based on ergonomic and safety criteria: Hinges that open 270º, drawers that can be fully pulled out, handles designed to promote aseptic conditions and avoid accidents with gloves or laboratory gowns.

Specific uses

Every application requires adequate storage. To store acids, we recommend cabinets made of polypropylene; to store solvents, cabinets with fire resistance of 90 minutes; to store equipment with high noise levels, soundproof cabinets with air renewal by means of forced extraction in all cases where toxic or flammable compounds are stored.

Flexibility

Suspended modules can be moved lengthways along the bench, while wheeled modules can move freely around the laboratory, allowing you to reconfigure the workstation according to your changing needs. Wheeled modules have four nylon wheels, two of which have brakes.
