The project
Novartis International AG is a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Switzerland. It is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in terms of both market capitalisation and sales.
The Novartis Group in Spain, which is based in Barcelona, has one of the largest industrial presences in Spain. It has five production sites and is one of the few groups in the pharmaceutical sector to carry out the complete production cycle of medicines, from raw material to finished product.
Burdinola was responsible for equipping the quality control laboratories for the production plant located in Barberá del Vallés, which is dedicated to pharmaceutical specialities.
Burdinola was responsible for designing, manufacturing, assembling, installing and developing the quality control laboratories. These laboratories were equipped with furniture from Burdinola's BECOME range along with several fume cupboards from our most advanced ELITE range.
