#EmergenciaPorElEmpleo project of the Adecco Foundation

Thanks to the commitment of these 8 companies – Endesa, Grupo Ebro Foods, Consum Cooperativa Valenciana, Verallia, Gioseppo, Burdinola.Safer labs, Grupo Macho y The Adecco Group – the project promoted by the Adecco Foundation now totals 734,000 Euros, which will help more than 565 people (women victims of gender violence, long-term unemployed over the age of 45, single-parent families and other people with a certificate of social exclusion) to access the labour market.

We are in an extremely serious situation that requires everyone's commitment. The goal is to reach 10,000 families. With #EmergenciaPorElEmpleo the Adecco Foundation intends to strengthen its resources in order to help all these families and thus move towards the goal of #EmpleoParaTodos.

We at BURDINOLA would like to support them on this path. For more information about this project, please click here:

The COVID-19 pandemic is causing an economic, social and labour crisis that will go down in history. So will society's reaction and commitment to tackling this situation. We need to be united now more than ever and contribute from our own field to curb the consequences that COVID-19 is causing in different spheres. Along these lines, we would like to tell you about our financial support for the #EmergenciaPorElEmpleo project for the most vulnerable that the Adecco Foundation launched with the aim of reaching 10,000 families at risk of exclusion and helping them to get out of this situation through employment.

Compared to other people who have lost their jobs during the pandemic, the beneficiaries of the Adecco Foundation (people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed over the age of 45, women with family responsibilities not shared with anyone else and/or victims of gender-based violence and other vulnerable people) have more difficulties in accessing the labour market, resulting in poverty and inequality being more chronic in thousands of households. With #EmergenciaPorElEmpleo, the Adecco Foundation intends to keep its ears open for jobs and strengthen its resources in order to help all these families and thus move towards the goal of #EmpleoParaTodos. We at BURDINOLA would like to support them on this path. For more information about this project, please click here.
